As part of the Canada Lewis team, Samantha is a corporate attorney focused on the transactional needs of businesses. Her practice areas include general corporate and commercial matters, nonprofit law, real estate, employment law, and intellectual property.
Samantha advises and supports her clients on all general corporate matters, including corporate formation and governance; employment matters; intellectual property rights; trademark filings; risk management related to corporate compliance matters; assisting with purchases, sales, and leases; and drafting, reviewing, or negotiating various company and commercial agreements.
About Samantha
Prior to joining Canada Lewis, Samantha worked as a transactional attorney focused on corporate and commercial matters for nonprofit organizations. She also has experience with injury law related to federal workers’ compensation and pharmaceutical and medical device defects.
Samantha earned her J.D. from Texas A&M School of Law where she was an active Board of Advocates Member for Alternative Dispute Resolution and completed mediation training. Samantha is also a graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
